BACKGROUND I have offered professional representation to buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the Memphis area since 1993. As an affiliate broker with Marx and Bensdorf Realtors, I offer the highest quality service available in all price ranges in the better areas of the city. Most of my focus is on the Downtown, Mud Island, Midtown, East Memphis and Germantown markets, as well-qualified to help in many other areas of Memphis. Almost all of the business I do comes from repeat clients and customers, and the friends and family they refer to me. People call me back because they know that I have the experience and market knowledge needed to help with their real estate needs. And, most importantly, they trust me. They know that I will always operate in THEIR best interest-not mine, or anyone else’s. Although you will work directly with me, behind every successful Realtor is a good company. I am lucky enough to be associated with the best one in town. Marx and Bensdorf has been in the real estate business since 1868-far longer than anyone else here. Our per agent volume is over four times that of the largest company in the city. Our firm has a reputation of great integrity in the industry. I am a life member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club, which is limited to the top producing agents in the city. I am proud to be a native Memphian, and graduate of Christian Brothers High School and the University of Mississippi. My wife Nicole, and sons Jack and Cannon are the reasons I work hard.
I am an Accredited Buyers Representative. Only 2% of all Realtors in the country hold this designation. As a Buyers Representative I will guide you past all the inherent pitfalls of buying a new home. Other than locating a home that you will love, my goal is to help you make good, informed decisions during the process. I will walk you through the entire process. I have helped many families relocating from other parts of the country, and am very accustomed to giving them a good introduction to our city as well as assisting with their real estate needs. I have worked with families moving to town with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, International Paper, FedEx, Sofamor Danek-Metronic, and Smith & Nephew Richards to name a few.
I will not simply plant a sign in the yard and disappear! Your home will be marketed as well as any out there, by all effective means available…realtor.com, multiple listing service, Marx and Bensdorf website, print advertising in The Commercial Appeal, custom brochures, open houses, virtual tour, multiple color photos, agent open houses…if there is a buyer out there, they will know about your house! You can expect good communication from me throughout the process. After we receive an offer, I will walk you through the process a successful closing.
